Normal Terms - 50% down, balance when order is ready to ship. We also accept Visa and MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Prices - Prices on this sheet are effective from January 1, 2011 and are subject to change without notice. Prices in effect at time of purchase will apply. Except where noted prices are FOB Salt Lake City or shipping point. Gordon's Action Products, Inc. reserves the right to choose method of shipment. Catalog prices do not include installation or shipping. Subject to federal and state taxes where applicable. We reserve the right to make changes in products that in our opinion will improve them. Cancellations - If a unit is cancelled after freight pick up and has not been taken out of the box, customer will pay any freight charges and there will be a 5% restocking fee. Freight - Except where noted, all items are FOB Salt Lake City, UT or shipping point. Gordon's Action Products, Inc. reserves the right to choose method of shipment. Gordon's Action Products, Inc. will not be responsible for freight damage. It is the buyer's responsibility to examine all shipments for any damage, loss or shortage and secure proper notation of said damage, loss or shortage by carrier's local agent. Gordon's Action Products, Inc. will aid in tracing of lost or short shipments by providing copies of existing documents. Warranty - Gordon's Action Products, Inc. limits its express warranty to the following: Products are guaranteed for period of 90 days from date of receipt, to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. This applies when the product is installed, maintained and used in the proper manner. Gordon's Action Products, Inc.'s sole obligation under this warranty shall be to repair or replace, at no cost to the buyer, any defective product at its discretion. Written claims under this limited warranty must be made to Gordon's Action Products, Inc., 1626 Crandall Dr., Springville, UT 84663, within 30 days of discovery of defect. Written authorization and instructions must be given to the buyer by the seller before equipment is returned, freight prepaid, for inspection. No other warranty, expressed or implied is made for consequential indirect injury or damages arising from alleged failure of any Gordon's Action Products, Inc. equipment. Further, no other warranty of merchant, ability or fitness for a particular purpose is made. The user assumes all risk of injury. We reserve the right to make changes in the products we feel will improve them. Always tether and anchor the Aeroball© when set up outdoors. It can be blown over in medium to high winds. In the case of high winds take down the housing (fabric walls.) All equipment and products is used at the purchaser's own risk.
